Joel Dommett has revealed the extent of his I'm A Celebrity weight loss by posing shirtless on Instagram.

Yup, Joel gave us all a good look at *those* abs again, reassuring fans that the stone in weight he had lost during his time in camp has now definitely been put back on.

And it's all thanks to cheesecake. We should have guessed!

Joel posted a photo of himself he took before he entered the jungle and shared it on social media alongside a photo of himself in camp.

Despite showing off his super muscly bod in both pictures, Joel looked noticeably thinner in his camp photo thanks to his diet of rice and beans. The comedian added the caption: "People keep on asking about how much weight I lost in the jungle. I lost a stone. The picture on the left is just before I went in and the right is in the last week.

"Luckily I have put it all back on due to cheesecake consumption. I promise I will never post a shirtless mirror selfie ever again. What a bellend. GOODBYE."

While we're sure some of his female followers rather enjoyed his pre-jungle snap of his abs, it's not surprising that Joel felt slightly uncomfortable posting it.

You see, Joel has previously admitted that he likes to keep those abs of his a secret.

Speaking during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, Joel addressed his buffed-up body and said: "I've never really shown [my body] off before, I just tend to wear baggy clothes and keep it a secret."

Revealing how he managed to get a physique like that, Joel joked: "It's amazing what you can do when you have lots of time on your hands, plus loneliness, plus the gym every day and steak."

Joel finished in second place on I'm A Celebrity, while Scarlett Moffatt was crowned this year's winner.

Speaking about his time on the show, Joel added: "The best thing was just having time to think. You don't have a phone, there's no distractions. You just sit there and you think about all the people you love... the people you hate. It's great."
