Carol was sent home on Wednesday evening (30 November) after receiving the fewest pubic votes. She is the fifth famous face to leave the jungle this year.
Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec following her departure, former Countdown star Carol gushed about how much she enjoyed living among the younger celebs, such as Gogglebox's Scarlett Moffatt and Olympian Sam Quek.
Carol said: "[Scarlett] is very bright and her moral code is very straight. That makes a difference." She added: "I just love being around fantastic young people."
Speaking about the trio's lack of 'shower scene', Carol revealed: "There were discussions about shower scenes but the three of us didn't want that."
This week has seen a cull of campmates, with Lisa Snowdon, Ola Jordan and Jordan Banjo all leaving since Sunday.
Following Jordan's exit, Larry Lamb broke down in tears in front of his fellow campmates.
Speaking about his fondness for the Diversity star, he told them: "That was a bit of a wallop, he is one of the most extraordinary human beings I've ever, ever met in my life. I just love him, he's like another boy of mine, I'm so shocked, I just assumed he would be here and saying goodbye to me."
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! continues on ITV1 on Thursday evening.
