We could be seeing a huge twist in the new series of Big Brother as producers have put out a casting call notice looking for PAIRS of contestants.

That would be super interesting, right?!

A new audition poster for the next civilian series declares: "Big Brother is back and this time we're looking for pairs… do your loved ones always have the neighbours talking? Do you fancy yourselves as TV's next duo?"

So intriguing!

There's no further info but the poster suggests the summer 2017 series of Big Brother could be all about couplings, with contestants entering as pairs and being evicted as pairs.

Of course, there have been some pairings in the past, such as Amy and Sally Broadbent (BB16), Samanda (BB8), Stevi Ritchie and Chloe-Jasmine Whichello (CBB16) and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (CBB11).

Speidi are a famous couple to have entered as one housemate.

This would be the first time, however, that the house was comprised of all couplings.

The audition poster doesn't state pairings have to be romantic, so we could be seeing parents and children, siblings, best friends, colleagues or more!

We can't wait!

Meanwhile, we can all get our Big Brother fix in January when the Celebrity version returns to Channel 5 for another series. As always, the lineup is firmly under wraps but it's been rumoured we could be getting an all-star version featuring notable past contestants.
