CBB star Lewis Bloor has admitted he would "love" for his girlfriend Marnie Simpson to leave the Geordie Shore house for good.

Lewis and Marnie recently reunited after being forced to spend the last few weeks apart. Marnie had been filming for series fourteen of Geordie Shore and wasn't allowed any contact wit her beau while in the house.

Now, having experienced what it's like to have Marnie filming for the show, Lewis has suggested he'd prefer his other half not to return for another series.

Speaking to Heat magazine, Lewis admitted: "I would love Marnie to never have to go back to the Geordie Shore house, because I love her."

Although, Lewis did add: "It's her choice, though. She's my girlfriend and I support her."

Lewis and Marnie first got together while starring on Celebrity Big Brother this summer. While their romance blossomed in the house, Marnie debated whether she would return to Geordie Shore.

In the end, she chose to continue with the show - a decision that caused a stir, as it meant she would be living with her ex-boyfriend Aaron Chalmers.

Marnie's co-star Scotty T claimed Marnie would end up ditching Lewis for Aaron while in the house, but she strongly denied that and hit back at his accusations. Marnie told Daily Mail: "It made me so angry that Scott said that. We aren't talking because of it."

"I understand if people would say it because of the past, but it's the fact that it's coming from Scott Timlin who's the biggest cheat," she claimed. "I can't remember the last time he was faithful, so I find it very ironic and rich coming from him and it made me really angry."

When contacted by Reveal, a rep for Scott declined to comment.

Lewis, meanwhile, supported Marnie's return to the MTV reality show and insisted he trusted her. He tweeted ahead of Marnie filming again: "I trust @MarnieGShore with my life & all of my heart. My girl goes away tmw for two weeks and i am going to miss her badly... (sic)"

During filming, viewers saw a slew of new faces filming with the Geordie Shore cast and reports claimed Marnie was struggling in the house.

While Lewis didn't directly address the rumours, he did assure fans Marnie is ok and told his followers on Twitter he couldn't wait to see his girlfriend again. Lewis tweeted: "Spoke to my lovely gf today really cheered me up. Shes ok... I can imagine it's tough living with exes.. can't wait to get my arms round her (sic)."

Since then, he and Marnie have reunited and the pair recently celebrated Lewis' 27th birthday together.

Wishing her boyfriend a happy birthday on Instagram, Marnie said: "Happy birthday my little elephant... love you more than anything in the world. I truly Don't have the words to describe how special you really are. I hope I get to spend every single birthday with you forever and ever."

Marnie and Lewis spent the day at Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland. Sharing a photo of Marnie while there, Lewis said: "Thank you for making my birthday truly special and one to remember @MarnieGShore #winners."
