Holly had initially gone under the knife to have her boobs enlarged when she was 18 years old, but she has since spoken of her hopes to have them made smaller.
And suggesting that she's finally made a decision when it comes to her assets, Holly took to Twitter to reveal her surgery plans.
She tweeted: "100% getting rid of these massive mountain breasts next year. They've had their day, now it's time for something less dramatic."

Holly first spoke about having her breasts reduced in size, following her three stone weight loss over the last few years.
She claimed that she doesn't get "taken seriously" with her FF assets and now thinks her boobs "look a little too big."
Speaking to Daily Star last year, Holly explained: "Since I've lost the weight, I've now started to see that my boobs look a little too big," the 22-year-old explained. When I do modelling and I'm in a bikini, I absolutely love them, they're everything I ever wanted... It still took a long time for me to be happy with them, and now that I am, it's typical I just wish they were a bit smaller."
She added: "In the future, I will consider getting a reduction... You don't get taken seriously when you've got big boobs!"
Holly - who makes reference of her ample assets in Geordie Shore's opening credits, 'I'm fit, I'm firty and I've got double Fs' - also revealed she now tries to cover up her cleavage when dressing for nights out, instead of proudly showing her boobs off like she used to.
Fans were quick to react to Holly's tweets, with many sending Holly their support.
One user commented: "@HollyGShore omg what a change!!! Good luck babe you'll look [hot] no matter what size," while another said: "@HollyGShore good decision. They don't suit to your slender figure."
One more follower added: "@HollyGShore that will [definitely] be [the] end of [an] era. Bye to the double F's."
It sounds like it's all change for Holly, as she is believed to have quit Geordie Shore after starring in thirteen series on the show.
Holly was a Geordie original, making her MTV debut when Geordie Shore first aired back in 2011. However, after filming for series 13 (currently airing on MTV), she hinted she may not be back for another series.
Since then, Holly appeared to confirm her exit by branding Geordie Shore's rumoured newcomers as "replacements" for herself and Charlotte Crosby. Charlotte quit Geordie Shore back in June.
Holly also tweeted: "RIP to the Gshore we once knew. So glad I was there from day one. Never be the same @Charlottegshore."
MTV declined to comment when contacted by Reveal, but we'll definitely be sad to see her go.
