The Emmerdale actor successfully won 11 out of 12 stars on Monday's Food Factory trial, only to find out he'd also be doing the Cage Rage task on Tuesday night.
Adam felt it was a sign the public didn't like him…
"Two in a row though? I got 11 stars yesterday, normally they put people up that don't do well," mused Adam.
"Normally I get butterflies but I didn't this morning as presumed it wouldn't be me again, I was just in shock. Maybe I'm thinking too much into it, I over think everything in here. It's just to be up for another trial, I didn't expect to be doing another, so it, it is what it is.
"[I'm] just a bit baffled, just didn't think I'd be up for it today."
Scarlett Moffatt tried to convince him that the public must enjoy watching him, but Adam didn't seem too convinced.
Meanwhile, Joel Moffatt said: "Adam is shocked, he can't understand why he's been voted again, you start thinking about what people think about you and you have no control over it."
However, Adam put his all into the underwater trial alongside Danny Baker, bringing home a full 12 out of 12 stars for camp.
The men had to work as a team underwater while inside a large steel cage. Stars were hidden in small chambers alongside the likes of toads, water snakes, crabs and Adam's favourite: spiders!
We wonder if Adam's worries about the public will make Adam's brothers Scott and Ryan stop encouraging people to vote for him?
On today's Lorraine, his twin brother Scott said: "I'm handling all his social media and I'm pushing everyone to vote for him in every trial. Me and Ryan have both said we want him to do every trial, that's what brothers are like! A lot of people were saying will he take it the wrong way?
"But he was on ITV2 Extra Camp the other night saying, 'give me more trials'. I think it's something to do more than anything else."
I'm A Celebrity airs nightly on ITV.
