Strictly Come Dancing star Louise Redknapp has said she wouldn't rule out having another baby.

During an appearance on ITV's This Morning, Louise joked that her Strictly partner Kevin Clifton could be her ticket to falling pregnant again, as his last two partners (Frankie Bridge and Kellie Bright) have gone on to have babies following their stint on Strictly.

Phillip Schofield was first to bring it up, mentioning to Louise that Kevin has landed himself the nickname of "fertility King".

He asked her whether she knew about his moniker and Louise replied: "I didn't know about this, but Frankie Bridge is a good friend of mine and obviously when she finished Strictly, she went on to have a baby. Then, Kellie, who was also Kevin's partner, finished Strictly and went on to have a baby, so now the joke is [on me].

"I mentioned in an interview that I would really like a girl and everyone's like, 'Maybe he is your lucky charm and you can have a girl.'"

Holly Willoughby then asked Louise whether having another baby is something she has considered. Louise is currently mum to two boys Charley, 12, and Beau, eight, who she shares with husband and former footballer Jamie Redknapp.

Louise replied: "[My fertility] has been well documented, I didn't have my first son easily. It took me a long time, four years, to have him. The second one [was] four weeks, so how that worked I'll never know.

"For me, I'll never take [another baby] for granted. It's not something that I would rule out, but if it happens... we'll see."

Louise also addressed the stick Jamie has been getting from his co-stars on A League Of Their Own over the Strictly 'curse'.

Jamie's pals Jack Whitehall and James Corden have been teasing him on the panel show and even his dad Harry Redknapp joined in during his guest appearance.

Louise has previously "laughed off" their comments and told Phil and Holly: "He gets given a terrible time on A League Of Their Own, they are constantly winding him up."

She added: "But what's really great for me on the show, is that the boys and Jamie come down and really participate in rehearsals," before joking: "My kids are at an age now where they actually use the dance floor studio to practice their sliding tackles because it's shiny!"

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday 26 November on BBC One.
