The Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have 'signed up' for a return to Celebrity Big Brother in January.

CBB is set to return to our screens early next year and the latest rumour doing the rounds is that Speidi will be back. Err, someone PLEASE make this happen!

They were total TV gold during their first stint in the CBB house, just imagine what they would be like this time round...

According to Daily Star, Spencer and Heidi have bagged themselves a "six-figure deal" which will see the married couple make a comeback to CBB for its Gold Stars vs New Stars series.

A source told the publication: "Spencer and Heidi are very competitive and they got so close to winning last time that they're hell bent on coming out on top this time around. They've never quite lived down being beaten by Rylan. Last time they were not sure what to expect, but they've become big fans of the show since their stint in the house."

Spencer and Heidi originally starred on CBB's eleventh series. They finished in second place, as Rylan Clark-Neal was crowned the winner.

Rumours of their return come after it's been said CBB will see a slew of former housemates return to mark the show's twentieth series.

Back in August, a source told The Sun: "Bringing back the celebs they know will cause the drama would result in the most explosive series so far. Usually celebrity housemates brag about how controversial and confrontational they'll be while being screened by producers before going in, but then nothing happens.

"This way there'll be no dull moments. It's all top secret right now. Bosses have drawn up a list of their dream housemates and are currently approaching them with big money deals to sign them up for next year."

Since then, it's been rumoured that last series' CBB winner Stephen Bear could be returning to the house, along with former Strictly star James Jordan.

James originally appeared on CBB's fourteenth series, that was eventually won by Gary Busey. He became quite a controversial character on the show, thanks to his no-nonsense attitude. He finished in third place.

Channel 5, meanwhile, are yet to confirm any details about the new series - meaning we'll just need to sit tight and wait and see. Eek!
