Adam had said ahead of going into the jungle that if he sees anything with eight legs, he's going to run and, unluckily for him, he was forced to spend the night surrounded by spiders while trying to decipher morse code for the latest trial.
Adam was petrified. He was practically in tears and seeing the funny side of his torment, Scott joked: "That was TV gold."
Speaking on I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp, Scott told Joe Swash: "I am absolutely gobsmacked. I knew Adam was scared of spiders, but not to that extent... That was classic Adam."
Scott revealed just how bad Adam is with spiders and said: "His fianceé Caroline has to get them out of the room. There's been times where I've been at his house and Adam won't go in the room if Caroline is dealing with a spider. That's how bad it is."
Joe asked Scott whether he thinks Adam's experience may have helped to conquer his spider fears, but he replied: "No chance. I'll be honest, after that I think I've got a fear of spiders... I thought I was ok!"
And seeing Adam take part in one trial has got Scott itching to see the Emmerdale star up for more. He confessed that he has been urging I'm A Celeb viewers to put Adam up for every bushtucker task.
"I'm handling his social media and I want him to go up for every challenge, every trial," Scott said. "Throw him under the bus!"
Scott also admitted that he is missing Adam while he's away in camp.
"I actually do miss him," Scott said. "I didn't think I would, but seeing him in [camp], it makes me realise how much I love him. Me and my two brothers are so close. He's doing us all so proud."
Scott and Adam are also brothers to former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas who played Jason Grimshaw.
Scott's comments on Adam come after fans saw him chosen for I'm A Celeb's Stranded trial, alongside Wayne Bridge, Joel Dommett and Jordan Banjo.
The boys had to work with morse code to try and send words back to camp. Wayne and Jordan were in charge of sending the words over to Adam and Joel through light signals. Adam and Joel were in the Bushman's telegraph and had to try and work out the word, before sending it back over to camp with sound signals.
They, however, drew the short straw as they were joined by plenty of critters throughout their stay.
I'm A Celebrity airs nightly on ITV.
