According to The Sun, the Essex reality star was seen kissing Luke at a private party in London earlier this month.
A sneaky source said: "They were all over each other, kissing for hours. He barely left Chloe's side all night… He's back in Manchester now and she in Essex, but they're still texting."
Now that would be one seriously good looking couple, right?
If true, however, we wonder where that leaves Chloe and TOWIE co-star Ben Shenel?
On the last series of the show, the pair went on a couple of dates but nothing exclusive, and Chloe told Ben she wasn't ready for a relationship, saying she was "emotionally unavailable" right now.
Ben had earlier accused her of still having lingering feelings for ex-boyfriend Jake Hall, although she denied that.
Jake is currently dating Real Housewives of Cheshire star Misse Beqiri.
Misse and Chloe were recently at the same party together but Chloe told us afterwards they didn't talk as that would have been totally awkward.
"I didn't talk to her, obviously I wouldn't ever go straight up to her and start talking to her, that would be a bit awkward!" said Chloe. "There were no glances or awkwardness between us because we didn't speak but it wasn't nice and I'm not going to lie."
"The weirdest thing is that I knew it was going to happen," added Chloe. "I knew she was going to be there. I kept my distance.
"The weirdest thing is, when you see someone on Instagram you don't think they're real until you see them in real life. My heart sank. It really sank a little bit – but I'm not going to let that upset me and take me back a few steps.
"I do believe that it's done me a favour."
Luke, meanwhile, was last linked to Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards. Rumours of a budding romance between them surfaced in August, with Perrie later admitting they'd been on a "few dates." However, it was reported in October they'd cooled things because of busy schedules.
