The trial, called the Big Bush Bake Off, will see both Scarlett and Carol take their seats as Scary Berry brings them an array of jungle delicacies to eat.
This is the first time this series that the public have voted for who they want to do a trial. Scarlett and Carol received the most votes.
Speaking about the Big Bush Bake Off, host Ant said: "It's a staple on I'm A Celebrity. Some viewers find it difficult to watch and it is capable of causing nausea."
Running a teaser clip, Ant's co-host Dec could be heard saying: "Welcome to the place where the pasties are nasty, you'll dread the bread and the bun is no fun at all. It's the I'm A Celebrity Big Bush Bake Off."
Although Scarlett and Carol will be doing the trial in Australia on Monday night (UK-time), it will not air on ITV until Wednesday 16 November. There is no show on Tuesday 15 due to football.
Eek, good luck to Scarlett and Carol!
