On Wednesday night's series finale, things get VERY heated between Jon and the girls at Chloe Sims' birthday party, when Jon comes to brother Chris' defence.

We don't know yet what was said, but we do know Jon turns on both Amber and Kate in his fury.

On the last episode, we saw Amber wasn't too happy about Jon tweeting at Chris he needed to "move the f**k on" after his split from Amber, particularly as she felt things were okay between her and Jon after they cleared the air in a recent episode. She was also unhappy that the boys' mum felt she was insensitive to tweet about a summer body shortly after the break up.

Jon, meanwhile, has also argued with Kate this series. He accused her of sleeping with one of his friends after she split from Dan Edgar, but Kate vehemently denied it.

On the last episode, Kate revealed Jon still had her blocked on social media.

Amber and Chris split last month after she accused Chris of not being supportive enough or there for her while her family went through a hard time. Chris then told Amber he missed her and loved her, but Amber said she needed time.

However, in the last episode Chris said he was confused as although Amber wanted space, she'd phoned him and said how she still had feelings for him.

"You say one thing to me, another to the girls," said Chris. "You're saying to the girls it's a weight lifted off your shoulders, then ringing me, getting upset and saying, 'I still have the same feelings about you, you're the nicest boy I've ever met but I need space.' What is that?"

Chris and Amber had an awkward meeting on Sunday night.

Amber later said Chris was the one who brought up her feelings. She said Chris told her he'd been thinking about things she would tell him at the start of their relationship, and she'd just been confirming she had meant them.

She added to the show's official website: "I've never once said my feelings have gone for him, but with the situation I'm in, I can't be in a relationship, my head isn't in it. I've done that because I don't want to hurt him in the long run. It seems like it's getting really bitter which is obviously not what I wanted. I guess we both wanted different things so that's the only way it can go."

Chris, meanwhile, said: "I don't think it's open ended now, I did try and try to say we can be friends and in the same room, but for my sake, it doesn't help me at all. I feel it needs to be cut now, I told her how I feel, she needs space and to do her own thing and I need to block it all out."

TOWIE continues Wednesday at 10pm on ITVBe.
