On Wednesday night's episode, Frankie joins the girls for a glamorous champagne lunch to celebrate Chloe's big day. Doesn't she look amazing?! The reality star has been hard at work lately, dropping two dress sizes after embracing a new healthy eating and exercise regime. She'll spill all her secrets in an upcoming weight loss DVD.

Frankie, who is Joey Essex's big sister, left The Only Way Is Essex in 2014 but has popped up a couple of times for cameo appearances, such as when Chloe was going through a tough time last year.

Later in the night, Frankie also joins the gang for Chloe's seriously glitzy birthday bash… and she brings former TOWIE co-star Mario with her!

We've missed this guys on screen!

Mario turns up bearing flowers for Chloe. It feels like a lifetime ago when Mario and Chloe had a brief relationship, but actually it was in 2014.

They were together for a month but ended things after realising there was so much at stake: Mario's friendship with Chloe's brother Charlie Sims, and his friendship with Chloe if things didn't work out. It also caused friction between Chloe and her friend Lauren Pope, who had briefly hooked up with Mario in the past. Lauren felt upset that Chloe hadn't confided in her she was seeing Mario.

Mario quit TOWIE in 2015 after four years on the show, saying: "I have had a great time on TOWIE and relished the many opportunities the show has given me but after 14 series, I feel it is time to move on and explore something new."

He did pop up briefly during the Christmas special last year in a cute scene where he gave Billie Faiers' daughter Nelly an Xmas present.

TOWIE continues Wednesday at 10pm on ITVBe.
