The 34-year-old pro dancer, married to fellow dancing pro James, is one of ten celebrities currently in Australia ahead of the jungle launch show on Sunday, 13 November.
Ola laughed: "[James] thinks I am nuts doing the jungle, but he is really proud."
She added: "I'm going to really miss him and my family and friends so much and I don't know if I will get emotional in the jungle. I'm quite hardcore and in the past, when I have seen someone cry, I always go 'OMG for goodness sake, it's only a few weeks', but if I get a letter or video from my husband, then maybe, I will get emotional. We'll just have to wait and see."
James, meanwhile, has tweeted: "I'm so excited to see my little Ola Chops @The_OlaJordan go on @imacelebrity. Please all support her, she's honestly the sweetest person."
Ola has said she's afraid of spiders, rats and snakes and has been having sleepless nights thinking about what's in store for her when she enters camp.
"Now as it gets nearer and it becomes more real, I am getting very nervous," she admitted. "I've been waking up in the middle of the night thinking about all the cockroaches, spiders and snakes!"
"I don't have any phobias as such but at the same time, I hate everything! It's all very well when you are watching the television and seeing celebrities go through it all and saying to yourself 'that's easy' but now I am doing it, I don't know how I will cope."
Here's the full lineup, all ready to go in their jungle attire.
I'm A Celebrity starts Sunday, 13 November at 9pm on ITV.
