The Essex star told the show's official website she's not really sure where their relationship (or non-relationship) goes from here…
"Obviously there's been a bit of a tiff between us. I just felt a bit uncomfortable. I sort of apologised for what I've done and that's all I can do," said Chloe.
On Sunday night's episode, viewers saw Ben pulling Chloe up on a video posted to social media showing her with another man. Chloe admitted maybe she'd been over the top with the guy and it was a mistake to post it, but it was innocent fun on a drunken night out.
Ben also questioned whether Chloe still has feelings for ex Jake Hall and how she feels about him, prompting Chloe to tell him again she's not ready for a relationship.
"I know when I'm in the wrong and I apologised and said I was sorry," said Chloe.
"I felt it got a little uncomfortable and awkward. Things were going really well and I made a little hiccup and said sorry. It's not really far enough into a relationship,,, it's not even a relationship, we're just enjoying each other's company and going on a few dates and this has made me feel a little bit awkward."
"We were both on the same wavelength," added Chloe. "I had the conversation before with the whole relationship thing. He doesn't really want a relationship, I don't want one at the minute and we'll take things slowly. I understand you have to be respectful of each other when you're seeing each other. I was respectful. I just made a little blip that in his eyes was wrong so I did apologise because I understand where he's coming from."
Chloe admitted she doesn't know where the future lies for her and Ben, saying: "I just feel uncomfortable, I suppose, and I don't really know where it goes from here."
The drama continues in The Only Way Is Essex on Wednesday at 10pm on ITVBe.
