For their next dance on the BBC show, Louise and Kevin are taking on the Argentine Tango and Kevin has told Louise that she needs to get aggressive for their performance.
Turns out, though, Louise took his advice a little too much to heart and ended up leaving Kevin rolling around on the floor...
During an appearance on Strictly spinoff It Takes Two, Louise confessed that she had hurt Kevin after accidentally kicking him in his nether-regions.
Host Zoe Ball had pointed out that the Argentine Tango has plenty of kicks involved and asked the pair if they'd had any incidents in training. Louise laughed and replied: "Oh yes."
She then joked: "I've maybe ruined it for Kevin and Karen [having children] for life. Today, Kevin said to me be really aggressive, so I thought, 'Right, I'm going to be really aggressive'... Maybe slightly too aggressive."
Kevin added: "I took a kick-boxing combination to an area that I would rather not have."
Louise then said: "It was when he rolled across the floor, I thought maybe I did hurt him."
Still, Kevin doesn't seem to be holding a grudge over the slightly awkward incident and couldn't resist laughing at his own expense on the show.
Louise and Kevin will be the first couple to dance the Argentine Tango so far this competition, and while Kevin admits it's a "good opportunity" for the pair, he did say: "It's a lot of pressure... we have to bring it. We have no option but to bring it."
He and Louise performed the Charleston on Saturday night's (29 October) Halloween themed show and bagged their highest score yet of the series. Louise was dressed as Harley Quinn, while Kevin was The Joker and she revealed her sons absolutely loved her Halloween getup.
Louise and husband Jamie Redknapp are parents to two boys, Charley, twelve and Beau, seven.
"I've been the coolest mum this week," she said. "All of the other week, [the boys] don't say a lot, and this week they were like, 'Mum, where's your pigtails?' They loved it."
"To be a part of the Halloween show on Strictly, it's the one that I always watch at home and think it must be amazing to be involved with that. To play it and be Harley Quinn and Kevin as The Joker, and do the Charleston - it was all perfect."
Louise and Kevin made it through to week seven of Strictly, while singer Anastacia became the sixth celebrity to be sent home.
She found herself in the dance off with model Daisy Lowe, and was eliminated from the competition, along with her partner Brendan Cole, as the judges voted unanimously to save Daisy.
Following her exit, Anastacia admitted leaving Strictly had been "bittersweet."
Strictly continues Saturday 5 November on BBC One.
