Kate Middleton looked wonderful in white as she attended the premiere for new British movie A Street Cat Named Bob.

The Duchess Of Cambridge was pictured looking pretty perfect as she walked the red carpet in London and she happily smiled and waved to waiting crowds and cameras.

As temperatures dipped, Kate, 34, made sure her arms were covered, although she did flash some flesh thanks to the thigh-high split in her beautiful crochet gown.

The dress, designed by Self Portrait, is priced at a cool £320 and the mother-of-two teamed it with a burgundy clutch bag and matching heels. She wore her hair in her trademark blow-dry and accessorised with gold and pearl earrings - not forgetting her huge engagement ring!

With Armistice Day approaching, Kate also added an enamelled poppy to the bodice of her gown.

Kate attended the event, held at London's Curzon Cinema, without her husband Prince William and it was her second engagement of the evening.

Earlier, while also wearing the stunning frock, she attended a private screening of short films, made on behalf of Action on Addiction by people who have battled with drink and drug addictions.

The three films were part of the Recovery Street Film Festival and looked at the journeys former addicts and their families have made.

Trustee of Action On Addiction and former addict Lisa Breyer has been clean for 34 years and is now a mum to 19-year-old twins. Addressing the Duchess, who is a patron of the charity, she said: "Your Royal Highness, you have taken us at Action on Addiction, for who we are and what we do, warts and all. And it is warts and all."
