Former X Factor judge Cheryl has appeared on The One Show and offered fellow guest Chris Hoy some parenting advice for his two-year-old son.
During the show, Olympic cyclist Chris explained that his son Callum has not slept through a single night since he was born, but Cheryl has a trick that could help.
She told him: "Lavender oil and a humidifier. The humidifier is peaceful and you'll have a nice aroma."
Despite being at the centre of pregnancy rumours with her boyfriend, One Direction star Liam Payne, Cheryl did her utmost to avoid the subject during the live episode of the BBC One programme.
After introducing her to viewers, host Matt Baker remarked on how the star is now known as "just Cheryl" and probed: "It feels like a fresh start, are you enjoying life at the moment? How are you? You good?"
Smiling, with her hands placed in her lap, Cheryl replied: "I'm great, really well." Batting the question back, she quickly asked: "You?"
Cheryl appeared on The One Show to talk about her new role as a campaigner for Childline. During the show, she touched upon her life in the spotlight and what it is really like to be a pop star.
She explained: "The reality is, it's hard work. You see the glamorous red carpets but don't see all the personal stuff you're going through [behind the scenes].
"There's lots of false reporting. I had a period of going through really personal stuff. But I got through it. I'm not ashamed, I've been through hard times and made mistakes - that's life."
Cheryl has refused to confirm or deny whether she and Liam are expecting their first child together. However, those close to her haven't been quite so tight-lipped.
Earlier this week, best friend Kimberley Walsh was asked about the rumours during an interview with Daily Star's TV Life magazine.
Coming over all coy, she explained: "I'm really happy that she's happy. I don't really want to go in to too much detail on that because I feel it's something that she should speak about, but to know she's happy makes me happy."
Meanwhile, Olly Murs has also had his say on the whispers, telling reporters at the Pride Of Britain Awards: "It's Cheryl and Liam's business... but I'm sure when they feel confident and want to come out and tell everyone, they will."
