The reality star explained to us that she and fiance Greg Shepherd both want to leave the huge decision of naming their baby until after its arrival.
They did the same thing with daughter Nelly, born in 2014.
Billie said: "I said to Greg, 'I want to wait until the baby's here before we name him or her.' We did that with Nelly as well. People think it's strange but it's really important for me to see the baby first and then decide on a name."
As for whether she's found out the sex, she simply said: "It would be lovely to have a boy because it would be a totally different experience but it would be nice to have a girl as a sister to Nelly."
Billie, 26, announced her pregnancy in September.
"I feel pretty much the same which is amazing," she told us. "I don't feel different at all! I haven't got any cravings this time around but just want cold and really fresh food which is a bit weird I suppose. I keep buying fruit and keeping it in the fridge."
Meanwhile, Billie also told us she's in talks to launch a maternity range through InTheStyle, as she feels there is a "gap in the market for glamorous maternity clothes."
"So many women Tweet me or have asked me where I got my maternity clothes from on Instagram, especially when I was pregnant with Nelly," she said. "Right now, I'm wearing normal stuff, but in the next few months I'm going to have to buy bigger sizes, so it makes sense to start thinking about and designing the collection. Exciting times are ahead!"
Billie's Christmas collection is available now at www.inthestyle.com
