We can tell!
The mum-to-be decided to reveal just how big her bump really is these days, and shared a couple of photos of her bare stomach with her followers on the social media app.
In one photo, Steph took a bird's eye view photo of her tum and added the caption: "Me and my baby boy chilling."
She then turned the camera to face her side on and posed in a pair of pants and her t-shirt roll up to her chest so her bump was in full view. Stephanie gushed alongside her photo: "He's getting big, he's wriggling wriggling."
Eek! She almost looks ready to pop, doesn't she?!
Stephanie is expected to give birth in January next year, but told fans in September that she is having regular growth scans due to the size of her bump.
She took to her baby blog with OK! and said: "I had my antenatal last week and my little man is doing just fine. His heartbeat is a bit too fast but the midwife said that's probably because he's so active. They checked it again before we left and everything is fine.
"They will need to keep an eye on him and me though as my belly is bigger than it should be. I'll have growth scans right up until December. However, my friend saw a psychic the other day and they told her I wouldn't make my due date. I would be made up with a Christmas baby! It would be like the best present ever."
Stephanie announced her pregnancy in May, earlier this year, and admitted it had come as a "shock" to her. Her baby news came just weeks after she split with ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell.
Former Hollyoaks actress Steph has insisted that Jeremy is the father of her child, but the Irish model has contested her paternity claims. He has said he will undertake a DNA test when the baby is born.
Since then, Steph has been preparing for her little one's arrival and has found herself at the centre of rumours she is dating again.
She took to Twitter to deny the speculation and insisted her unborn son is her "only focus and priority."
Stephanie also addressed the rumours in her latest blog and told fans: "I know I'm in the public eye and I've been quite open about my life but it frustrates me when I see things written that simply aren't true. It's not fair on me and I'm tired of having to defend myself to be honest. It can be very upsetting."
