In the latest episode of The Mummy Diaries, ex-TOWIE star Sam, 26, began viewings in Farnham, Surrey, with big sister Billie reluctantly tagging along for help.
Billie's already said she doesn't want Sam, who is mum to baby son Paul, to leave Essex and worries she may be isolated in Surrey, so it's no surprise Billie didn't gush over either of the properties Sam saw.
Before joining Sam, Billie privately told their mum she found the whole Surrey idea a bit "random" and pointed out Sam had never mentioned Surrey before her decision to move there.
"I just think she'd heard it was a nice place and thought 'I might move to Surrey.' If she wants to live in a nice part, she won't get more for her money, it's really expensive.
"Not being negative but it's so far away, she'll be isolated on her own, [her boyfriend] Paul is always out or working or whatever. I think it's a bad move if she does it. Surrey is a beautiful place, it's lovely, but you need your friends and family around you."
She later added: "I feel like why do you not want to be around your family? Family is everything. It's nice to live in an area where you can see family all the time."
Billie said obviously she wanted to support Sam and help her with viewings, but added to camera: "I mean, I can be quite opinionated and if I don't think something is nice I'll say."
The first thing Billie had something to say about was the journey time: it took nearly two hours for the girls to get from Essex to their destination.
Billie warned Sam: "That journey, imagine traipsing up and down that motorway, I think it would be a bit of a nightmare."
Sam remarked to the camera: "I do think Billie will focus on the negatives but her opinion matters. She's my sister, my best friend and we do everything together."
The girls had two viewings lined up: the first house was too modern for Billie, who couldn't see Sam living there, while the second was too old and gave her the creeps. She also thought it smelled like a church.
Sam said: "Billie's just like, 'no', she will tell me everything she doesn't like. Yes, Billie was a little bit of a nightmare."
But Billie countered: "I don't think I'm being negative, I think I'm being quite honest and truthful... I hope to think my opinion matters to Samantha but the other part of me knows she has her own family now, and I suppose Paul's opinion is a lot more important than mine."
The Mummy Diaries continues Wednesdays at 9pm on ITVBe.
