Oh, we so hope she's right. Don't you?!
Sophie told us: "We've all had those times when we've said we'll go, but I don't think it's the end for Holly, I really, really don't."
The reality star added to Reveal: "I hope it's not because Holly is an original girl. She has been there from day one, everybody loves Holly. They love to see her tantrums, when she does have them! I don't feel like it's Holly's time yet."
And knowing all too well what it's like not to be on Geordie Shore, Sophie added: "You don't know what you've got until it's gone."
Like Holly, Sophie had been an original on the MTV reality show. She made her debut back in 2011 and starred on Geordie Shore for seven series, before she was axed for alleged 'offensive behaviour.'
Fans have since seen Sophie return to the show for its Big Birthday Battle series and Sophie is also expected to make a come back during Geordie Shore's new series to replace Charlotte Crosby.
Charlotte announced her exit from the show in June, after publicly falling out with Gaz Beadle over their relationship.
Sophie's comments on the speculation surrounding Holly comes after reports claimed Holly has decided to quit Geordie Shore.
A source told The Sun: "Holly formally told producers she was off earlier this month. She's got her own projects to follow and there's a while new cast that's come in and she's feeling that it's really time to move on."
They added: "Charlotte quitting earlier this year prompted her to do something that she'd been thinking about for a while. Producers have asked her to reconsider, but so far, she's stuck to her guns."
Holly, meanwhile, hasn't addressed the rumours. She did, however, hint that she may not be returning for series fourteen of Geordie Shore.
In an interview with Star magazine, Holly said: "To clarify, I'm in series 13, I always have been. I've never changed my mind and begged to come back. However, big things happen at the end of series 13 and whether I'll be in series 14 is another matter."
Reveal contacted a rep for Holly, while a spokesperson for MTV declined to comment.
Fans are currently seeing Holly on Geordie Shore's new series. The show returned on Tuesday night (25 October) and Holly broke down over a rumour that Chloe Ferry had slept with her ex-boyfriend Kyle Christie. Although, Chloe later insisted that there is no truth in the claims and she and Holly cleared the air.
Geordie Shore continues Tuesday 25 October at 10pm on MTV.
