Relley, who is currently being mentored by Sharon Osbourne, was spotted outside rehearsals wearing a sign around her neck that revealed she is having to rest her voice. And for those of you who don't know, that means total silence - no speaking, no singing.
A tough feat, right?
Maybe, but considering she has to sing live in front of the nation and the X Factor judges on Saturday night, we reckon Relley will be hoping to get in as much rest as she can.
The hopeful was also clutching a voice steamer in her hand, no doubt to give her vocals some much needed TLC.
Relly hasn't mentioned her voice rest on social media and has instead been focusing on the prospect of an image overhaul. She tweeted yesterday (18 October): "Sooo apparently I'm getting a makeover tomorrow."
Ooh! We can't wait to see her new look!

Relley isn't the first X Factor contestant to be put on voice rest so far this series, as fans saw the same happen to Freddy Parker ahead of Sunday's results show (16 October). Freddy tweeted a photo of himself wearing a similar sign to Relley and joked to his followers: "I want to talk."
Freddy later told ITV's Lorraine: "I was on voice rest so much, out of all the contestants I was on voice rest the most and I did feel that had a really negative impact on my experience because I couldn't speak to people and I'm such a talkative person.
"I went around with my steamer and honey, lemon and ginger: I must have drunk about ten gallons! On my last day on the show I didn't speak all day in case I had to do the sing off. I'm glad I did because it paid off in the sing off."
He later found himself in the bottom two and was second to be eliminated from the live shows, after the judges' vote went to deadlock. Freddy had gone head-to-head with Saara Alto in the sing off. While his mentor Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell voted in favour of him to stay in the competition, Sharon and Louis Walsh voted for Saara.
Freddy was eliminated after receiving the fewest public votes and has vowed to continue writing music with the help of Nicole. Freddy exclusively told Reveal: "Nicole was saying she was going to support me and I have her number and everything. She has my email and she's telling me to send her stuff, so we'll see what happens.Honestly it's been amazing, I can't thank her enough for all the support she's given me."
Relley, meanwhile, survived the bottom three and made sure to send her well wishes Freddy's way. She tweeted several photos of the pair together and told the 18-year-old: "@FreddyParker98 me n @MattTerry93 n the rest of the crew luv u so much!! #brightfutureahead."
The X Factor continues Saturday 22 October on ITV.
