The Finnish singer and former The Voice of Finland runner up was pictured arriving at rehearsals alongside Relley C and choreographer Brian Friedman on Wednesday.
The star posted a photo from her bed overnight with the caption: "I'm resting in bed, having a little cold.. Send me love and healing energy, please. I'll be fine on Sat, promise!"
Today, she told fans: "I'm having a very good day! Not ill anymore! I love my song, choreography and staging. Hope you're gonna love it as well!"
Saara will be hoping she doesn't end up in the sing off for a third time this weekend: she's had to sing for survival after both live shows so far.
The judges chose to save her over Bratavio during week one's sing off, while they sent the results to deadlock during week two, which lead Freddy Parker to be eliminated as he had the fewest public votes to save.
This week's theme is Divas and head judge Simon Cowell has suggested Saara - who is mentored by Sharon Osbourne - needs to totally reinvent herself to avoid being in the bottom two again.
Meanwhile, Saara said on Good Morning Britain on Monday: "It feels great that actually last night I got through because people voted for me and that's the main thing. Gradually people are starting to know me and I'm so happy."
X Factor continues Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
