TOWIE: Amber Dowding has hit back at Chloe Lewis branding her a "sheep" and instead accused her co-star of lying.

After watching back a scene in Marbella where Chloe criticised Georgia Kousoulou for "slagging her off" behind her back and accused Amber of "jumping on the bandwagon", Amber took to Twitter to have her say.

She denied she was following suit and had her own reasons for falling out with Chloe.

Amber, who is dating Chris Clark, claimed that Chloe had been telling people she had been texting her ex-boyfriend. Amber tweeted: "Sheep ?! Let me explain one thing to you all. The reason I'm 'jumping on the band wagon' is because Chloe Lewis decided to LIE and tell... people I have been texting my ex. So no @ChloeLewis01 I'm no sheep."

Chloe, meanwhile, denied that she had ever said that about Amber.

She tweeted in response: "@HairbyAmb I haven't said a word about you & your ex! Check your sources #baaaaaa."

Over on Snapchat, though, Amber reiterated why she is reluctant to be friends with Chloe at the moment. She said: "I just don't agree with the way Chloe has been behaving recently, and you will soon find out why."

Amber's comments come after fans saw Chloe and Georgia explosively come to blows. During the second part of Marbella action, Chloe had accused Georgia of favouring Megan McKenna over her because she is "stronger." Chloe told Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows that she had overheard Georgia bitching about her. She said: "Georgia said Megan had a bigger voice and a stronger personality than me, so she was safer staying with Megan."

However, Georgia later denied this when the girls came face-to-face, and she claimed her friendship with Chloe had become a "one way street." Georgia said she felt like Chloe had dropped her, but Chloe claimed she didn't want to spend her holiday third wheeling Georgia and boyfriend Tommy Mallet.

Georgia then accused Chloe of making a comment, "I can look, but I can't touch", about Kate Wright's ex Dan Edgar, but Chloe claimed she hadn't.

The girls failed to see eye-to-eye and Georgia told Chloe: "You need to look in the mirror and take responsibility because all these people around you can't be lying. Everyone has a problem with you. You lie and you're snaking people. The whole of the group can't be liars."

Now the girls are home, it still doesn't sound like they have cleared the air. In response to TOWIE's latest episode, Georgia tweeted: "WOW LAUGHABLE .. yes I did slag you off @ChloeLewis01 Just like you did me.. BUT don't make up things I said..."

TOWIE continues Sunday 16 October at 10pm on ITVBe.
