The Coronation Street actress and I'm A Celebrity star, 26, told The Sun that since Matilda's birth last year, she's made a decision to stop posing for sexy photoshoots as she wants to be a positive role model for Matilda.
She said: "I was recently looking at my Instagram [from before Matilda was born] and thinking, 'Oh my God, were you off your head? What the hell?' There was a picture of me in my flat in underwear and I thought, 'Why would you ever do that?!'
Helen and footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair are proud parents to beautiful daughter Matilda, one.
"She inspires me to be the best person I can be," said Helen. "I feel like I've massively matured now I've got her. It's definitely changed me for the better and made me happy, because I feel that it's given me a reason...
"It gives a meaning to your life."
We'll see Helen back on screen soon as it was announced this week she's returning to Coronation Street next year! The last time we saw her character, Rosie Webster, on TV, it was back in 2012 and Rosie was departing the cobbles to star in a reality show.
"I'm so excited to be returning to Coronation Street and being part of the Webster family again," said Helen this week, while the soap's producer Kate Oates said: "The Websters have missed Rosie and so have we. With Sophie away on holiday with her sister it seemed like the ideal time to bring Rosie back home with her for a visit.
"We are delighted that Helen is as keen explore what Rosie has been up to away from the cobbles as we are."
In July this year, Helen admitted on Loose Women she'd love a return to Corrie but ruled out a permanent role because of Matilda.
"I would absolutely love to go back to Corrie for a few episodes but nothing permanent because of Matilda; I like being at home with her and I think I would miss that time and wouldn't really want a nanny," she said on Loose Women.
"I would love to do a few episodes and I think it's good for yourself to have other things you do for yourself. It's nice to have a bit of balance."
