Danielle spoke out in fury while filming Celebrity Juice and branded Pete's alleged behaviour towards her friend and co-star Megan as "not nice".
When asked about Pete and Megan by host Keith Lemon, Danielle said: "So obviously he's been caught sexting. I know there was just explicit words exchanged on a sexual nature to his ex-girlfriend. It's not nice. Why do guys do that?"
In scenes airing tonight (Thursday 6 October), Keith then reads a tweet Danielle posted after hearing the claims. It said: "Men will always rule the world because women can't stick together. Slag girls entertaining boys with girlfriends makes me so angry."
After asking her if it does in fact make her angry, Danielle tells Keith: "It does, it takes two to tango and the guys at the end of the day should have more loyalty to girlfriends. There is a certain type of girl that shouldn't entertain it."
Celebrity Juice panalist Holly Willoughby points out that Pete should really just be faithful to Megan in the first place and Danielle replies: "He should and I totally get that."
Pete's ex Jacqui Ryland made the claim that Pete had sent her "explicit texts" behind Megan's back last week. Megan was later seen arguing with Pete in Marbella as they filmed the new series of TOWIE.
Taking to Snapchat, Megan has since confirmed to her follows that she had discovered messages on Pete's phone, telling fans: "I actually found some messages on Pete's phone a few weeks ago and they weren't good but I thought I'd give him another chance, because I feel like everyone deserves a second chance.
"And the way that he was speaking to me was that he was really sorry and didn't mean it. Like, obviously it's not right that he was messaging other girls but he told me it was just innocent flirting."
Pete, meanwhile, is yet to comment on the allegations. TOWIE returns to ITVBe this Sunday.
Catch Danielle on Celebrity Juice on ITV2, 10pm, Thursday 6 October.
