The X Factor kicks off its live shows this weekend with the rather open theme of 'Express Yourself' meaning contestants can pretty much choose whatever they want!

But following weeks may not be so simple!

The X Factor 2016, Dermot O'Leary, Sharon Osbourne, Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh, Sat 27 Aug

That's because X Factor bosses have introduced a brand new twist this series called the Jukebox Theme Twist which basically means each week's theme will be chosen completely at random.

At the end of every Sunday night's results show, Dermot O'Leary and a special guest will spin the giant jukebox on stage, revealing what the following week's theme will be.

As well as the usual themes like Motown, Disco, '80s, Oscars and Divas being thrown in the mix, there are other fun ideas such as Girl Band versus Boy Band and the super intriguing Louis Loves, which is basically going to revolve around Louis Walsh's personal favourites!

Fingers crossed that one gets chosen 'cause it sounds fascinating! Who else reckons there will be at least one Westlife track in there?!

Meanwhile, the X Factor finalists are currently in rehearsals at Fountain Studios in London ahead of Saturday night's live show. Some of them have already revealed their song choices, while others are a mystery.

This year's X Factor finalists are:

Simon's Girls
Samantha Lavery
Emily Middlemas - Toxic by Britney Spears
Gifty Louise

Sharon's Overs:
Honey G
Saara Aalto - Let It Go by Idina Menzel
Relley C

Louis' Groups:
Brooks Way - Cake By The Ocean by DNCE
5 After Midnight
