X Factor star Honey G has admitted she is looking for love.

Rapper Honey G has made it through to X Factor's live shows, after impressing mentor Sharon Osbourne at Judges' Houses in LA. But as well as hoping to crack the music biz, Honey has now admitted she wants to tie the knot and have a family of her own too.

In a recent interview with Heat, Honey revealed she is looking for love and has ruled out dating app Tinder when it comes to meeting her match.

"I'm single and looking for love... I want to get married and have kids soon - my biological clock is ticking," Honey said. "I tried Tinder, but I came off it. I'm not f**king about, I'm looking for something serious."

Despite admitting she wants a relationship, Honey didn't reveal who she is ideally hoping to find romance with. Although, she did rule out one person in particular: X Factor judge Simon Cowell.

35-year-old Honey explained: "He's not my type," and added that she is hoping her time on The X Factor will "draw" her to a potential suitor.

Her time so far in the competition has been a bit of a bumpy ride. Honey first made an impact at auditions with her own rap, before breaking into Missy Elliott's 'Work It'. Nicole said she was "feeling it", while Sharon said she was "down" with Honey. She failed to impress Simon, though, who refused to vote and told Honey he felt "uncomfortable" throughout her performance.

Honey G then lost out on her place on The X Factor at the Six Chair Challenge. Sharon decided to send her home.

However, fans then saw Honey make a comeback. Sharon was forced to choose another act, after one of her original hopefuls Ivy Grace was forced to withdraw from the competition due to visa issues. She chose Honey.

Speaking about her return, Sharon had said: "I thought long and hard about who can take Ivy's place in the competition and I have never received so many calls and texts about an auditionee before. She's larger than life, she's fun, she's different to everyone else in this competition... and I love different."

While Sharon told Honey it was "a big risk" to put her through to the live shows, she decided to give her a place in her final three. Honey G joins fellow overs Relley C and Saara Aalto.

The X Factor continues Saturday 8 October on ITV.
