The cute duo both impressed at Judges' Houses over the weekend, booking their place in the live shows, which means they've both now moved into the fancy contestants' house in London.
Ryan told fans on Sunday night: "FINALLY REUNITED WITH @emilymiddlemas_ BEST NIGHT IN A LONG TIME!!!."
He also shared a super sweet video to Instagram telling fans he'd been reunited with Emily, only for Emily to rush into the shot and envelop him in a huge hug. Aww!
Emily got through to live shows on Saturday night after wowing Simon Cowell and his guest judges Emma Bunton and Mel B in Malibu.
Ryan tweeted afterwards: "OMFG YOU HAVE DONE IT! MY GIRL HAS MADE IT TO LIVE SHOWS!! I AM THE PROUDEST BOYFRIEND IN THE UNIVERSE. I LOVE YOU."
Ryan was the wildcard pick for Nicole Scherzinger's boys category, and impressed her and guest judge Calvin Harris when he performed for them in the South of France on Sunday night.
After he got through to live shows, it was Emily's return to repay the congratulations, telling him: "I am the proudest girlfriend in the universe. We are actually in the live shows together. 'Are you serious?!' I love you."
Both Ryan and Emily had shouted, "Are you serious?!" when their judges told them of the decision to put them through to live shows.
The couple met before X Factor, with Ryan recently clarifying reports saying they'd met during Boot Camp. He tweeted last week everyone had got it wrong and he'd actually been with Emily for nearly a year.
Meanwhile, on Sunday night's Xtra Factor, head judge Simon was asked for his thoughts on the young couple's romance.
"I did hear about that," he said.
"I think it's a good thing. It's happened on the show before. I think it makes it more interesting. When one of them goes, it's always interesting to see what happens on a night like that, when they're in competition with each other."
The live shows start this Saturday on ITV and we already know Emily will be singing 'Toxic' by Britney Spears and Ryan is tackling 'Perfect' by One Direction. When asked on Xtra Factor if he thought about Emily while singing it, Ryan laughed: "Yeah, why not?!"
5 After Midnight
X Factor's live shows start Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
