The former glamour model is arguably the British Queen of Reality TV thanks to her long-running fly-on-the-wall series with now ex-husband Peter Andre, and her later solo shows for ITV and Sky Living.
But she hasn't starred in one since 2012.
Could that now change?
Speaking to Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2, Katie, 38, said: "People are in talks for me having a reality show again. There are seven of us in the house, all the family, the farm… hopefully that will happen."
Katie lives with husband Kieran Hayler, 29, their two children, Jett, three, and Bunny, two, and her son Harvey, 14, from her relationship with ex-boyfriend Dwight Yorke. She also shares son Junior, 11, and daughter Princess, nine, with ex-husband Peter.
Her last reality TV show was the fifth series of Katie, which aired on Sky Living from June until August 2012.
As well as hoping for a reality return, Katie has big plans for what she wants to do next: "I need to bring out chairs, mirrors, light bulbs, homeware. There is so much I can do still. I still need to do baby clothes and baby furniture. There are definitely things I should do with kids. I have five – I know enough about what to do with them! I also want to bring back my underwear and swimwear and bring the Pricey empire back!"
And we don't doubt she will, do you?!
For now she's busy promoting her sixth autobiography, Reborn, which documents the "dark" period of her life when she learned husband Kieran had been cheating on her with best friend Jane Pountney.
"It's the most painful book I've ever done, the rawest and the deepest," she said. "When I was with the legal team I said, 'I can't read it.' It was two and a half years ago, all of this. I don't want to be put back in that situation because it was the worst thing ever. That's why I called it Reborn, what else could possibly happen to me?"
Katie did forgive Kieran for the affair and has said they're now stronger than ever.
Reborn is out now.
