Lucy Watson has revealed boyfriend James Dunmore has QUIT Made In Chelsea and won't appear on the show's next series.

At the beginning of September, Lucy confirmed her exit from MIC after four years on the E4 reality show, and now we've learnt that James will be following suit.

While James hasn't actually addressed his exit from Made In Chelsea, Lucy exclusively told Reveal he would no longer appear on the show when we caught up with her recently.

She told us: "James won't be on [the show] either. James was never at the forefront of the show, so I think it was just a natural decision for him... We're really happy and we're just looking towards the future."

Reveal has contacted a rep for MIC.

At the time of Lucy's exit, it was speculated that her relationship with James had influenced her decision to leave MIC, after her co-star Frankie Gaff put down Lucy's departure to being "loved-up."

Lucy, however, has since denied this. She addressed the rumours on Twitter and clarified her reasons for leaving, by tweeting: "My reasons for leaving were nothing to do with my relationship and those were someone else's words. Sometimes it's just time to move on."

A rep for Lucy had initially said of her decision to quit: "After four amazing years on Made in Chelsea, Lucy feels that now is the right time to explore some other exciting opportunities and projects that she is passionate about.

"Being part of such a successful show has been an incredible experience for her, and she wishes everyone involved all the very best for the future."

While fans won't get to see Lucy and James on their screens when Made In Chelsea returns with its next series, they will be reunited with three former stars. After filming in the South of France with our Chelsea faves, Francis Boulle will be back again next series, along with Frederik Ferrier from the show's early series and Oliver Proudlock.

As well as the boys, MIC will also welcome a new face - Alex Mytton's friend Akin Solanke-Caulker.

Speaking about his addition to the cast, Akin likened himself to MIC alumni Spencer Matthews and told The Sun: "I'm quite similar to Spencer in that it's not hard for me to vocalise what I'm feeling. I am definitely a playboy, but I'll try not to be on screen for the sake of my family."
