The reality star had teased she was heading back under the knife after having a bad experience with surgeons in the past, and while her fans and followers had seemed a little concerned by her decision, Lateysha has now proven that she is more than pleased with the results.
Taking to Instagram, Lateysha couldn't resist showing off her new and improved derrière...
And to do so, she cut a scantily-clad figure in just a black thong and bra to really put her bum on display. Alongside her 'belfie' Lateysha said: "Mums can be sexy too @elitecosmeticsurgery."
She also posted a video of herself shaking her bum at the camera, captioning the clip: "Thanks @elitecosmeticsurgery."
On seeing her posts, fans credited Lateysha for her honesty when it comes to cosmetic surgery. Not only has she openly spoken of her scary experience with injectable fillers in the past, but she explained why she was choosing to have her body re-constructed again.
Defending the starlet against some of her critics, one user commented: "People need to allow lateysha man, not many women in the limelight are honest and open about their surgeries. Let her live. She looks great."
Last month, Lateysha had spoken of her plans to go under the knife. She told her Instagram followers: "Getting my body re constructed at @elitecosmeticsurgery this girl has had her body done once! I've had bad luck with surgeons that I've gone with in the past but I feel confident that this is going to be the last time I need to be on the operating theatre."
Back in 2014, Lateysha exclusively opened up to Reveal about her failed attempt to alter her behind with bum implants.
She told us she and a friend trusted a woman to inject their bottoms with filler, despite not knowing whether she was a qualified doctor or not. Lateysha said: "The pain was another level. The needles were huge and she was just stabbing it in. I could literally feel the stuff being injected in. It felt like it was ripping or stretching my skin, it was terrifying."
Lateysha's procedure took around an hour and then her wounds were glued together with toilet roll placed over to 'seal it'. She added: "You don't have to glue your own wounds with normal injections, do you?"
