The 38-year-old former glamour model gave birth to her second daughter two years ago, eventually settling on the name Bunny after much deliberation with husband Kieran Hayler.
In her brand new autobiography, Reborn, which is being serialized by The Sun, Katie details the various names she suggested for little Bunny, all of which were vetoed by Kieran!
"Initially I'd wanted the name 'Duchess' – like Duchess Kate – and that went well with Princess too, but Kieran reckoned it sounded too harsh," she writes.
"At one point I wanted to name her 'Disney' but I didn't want her growing up thinking she'd been named after a theme park! Then there were 'Bambi' and 'Precious' which Kieran also hated."
Other names discarded included 'Ethel' and 'Peggy', as Katie feared "she might sound like one of the characters of EastEnders" until finally they agreed on Bunny.
But the debate didn't end there!
Katie reveals she and Kieran have differing opinions about how to spell Bunny, with her favouring Bunni with a heart about the I. Kieran did not agree. "Kieran pointed out that probably wasn't even part of the English language," admitted Katie, who let him have his way.
And feisty as always, Katie adds: "Did I give a toss what other people thought? Absolutely not!"
Katie gave birth to Bunny in August 2014: her fifth child in total and second with third husband Kieran. They're also parents to son Jett, three, while Katie has sons Harvey, 14, and Junior, ten, and daughter Princess, eight, from previous relationships.
When we caught up with Katie after Bunny's birth, she told us: "It's a really old-fashioned name and I think old-fashioned names are coming back. It's like Ethel and Peggy... I liked all of those sorts of names and then we came up with Bunny."
