In today's papers another two famous faces have been thrown into the mix… and there's a definite Olympic theme to it all!
First up we have American gold medallist Ryan Lochte, named in The Mirror as a key target of I'm A Celeb bosses desperate to sign him.
"The Olympics was the biggest event of the year and Ryan's antics caused ripples around the sporting world," said a source. "ITV are pulling out all the stops top get him, they think he could be TV gold!"
Ryan made headlines during the Olympics for his prowess in the pool, winning gold in the 4x200m freestyle. But it was his antics after swimming that really went global, when he "over exaggerated" a story about being robbed at gunpoint by a policeman during a night out.
The only slight problem for ITV bosses is Ryan's currently signed up for Dancing With The Stars, the US version of Strictly Come Dancing, that could overrun with I'm A Celeb if Ryan does well.
Meanwhile, the other name linked today is athlete Jonnie Peacock. The gold medal-winning Paralympic sprinter told Radio Times he'd been approached by the show, adding: "I've considered the jungle, actually. You never know what life will bring."
Other celebs linked to I'm A Celeb 2016 include Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding, Geordie Shore's Gaz Beadle, Emmerdale's Adam Thomas and MIC star Spencer Matthews, who had to leave last year's show early after producers discovered he'd taken steroids prior to arriving in Australia.
