Kim Kardashian's £60,000 post-baby body... eight months after giving birth to son Saint

She only gave birth to son Saint last December but, in just eight months, mum-of-two Kim Kardashian West has already got her killer figure back. How exactly has she done it?

Her curves have been known to break the internet, so it's no surprise that Kim Kardashian West was desperate to get back her fabulous figure after baby number two.

The star, who gave birth to son Saint just eight months ago, has since lost 5st – thanks to a tough exercise regime, the Atkins diet, and pure grit and determination.

But it hasn't been easy. In fact, at one point she thought she'd never get her old figure back.

Kim, 35, said, "There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'I am never going to be the same!'"

Kim – also mum to three-year-old daughter North – even shied away from stripping down in front of husband Kanye.

"My butt was huge," she said. "I would walk backwards so he couldn't see!"

So the KUWTK star started a hardcore weight-loss regime and has lost her post-baby weight.

"I worked my ass off," she said, recently. "I've altered my life and I'm proud of that."

Diet: Nutritionist £250 per consultation

Kim follows a strict no-carbs, high-protein Atkins diet. Nutritionist Colette Heimowitz helped create Kim's food plan, which restricts her to consuming 1,500 to 1,800 calories per day.

Earlier in the year, the reality TV star admitted, "You do get comfortable and then you start to get off track, but I've kind of like pumped it up a little bit, just started to stay focused and follow the Atkins diet again."

And it's paid off. In a recent Snapchat pic, Kim posted a photo of her scales, showing off the fact that she's got back down to 123lb (8st 8lb). Amazing!

Exercise: £1,750 a week

If you follow Kim K on social media, you'll be aware that she's been hitting the gym hard. She's been boxing with trainer Don Brooks, who also helped elder sister Kourtney sculpt her body back into shape after her second pregnancy.

In June, Kim revealed that she exercises with Dan at 6am every morning. Don demands a minimum of £250 an hour, so the price of beauty quickly adds up!

Kim's also been working out with trainer Harley Pasternak, who has 150 celeb clients on his books. He said, "Kim likes to try different workouts so she doesn't get bored. That way, she keeps it fresh."

Waist training: £54.99 per trainer

The K klan all credit their hourglass figures to waist trainers.

In 2014, Kim wore a £54.99 Ann Chery waist trainer several hours a day after giving birth to daughter North. And it seems she's been wearing it again. Earlier this month, she took a photo of herself on Snapchat in a fitted LBD and wrote, "You guys, doesn't my waist look photoshopped? It's so crazy! It's getting small!"

But waist training is controversial. Celeb personal trainer Kali O'Mard said, "All you're doing is compressing your stomach and putting the fat elsewhere, not getting rid of it."

Skin tightening: £2,200-£4,500 per area

Kim has also sought the help of cosmetic dermatologist Dr Simon Ourian to have her "skin tightened".

It's a non-surgical laser treatment that reduces the look of fine lines, wrinkles and loose skin on the tummy.

She said, "Laser treatments are super cutting edge and I love them as preventative measures to deal with ageing before it happens. I especially love laser ultrasound." Dr Ourian added, "In most cases, the results will last a year."

Apparently, the cost depends on the size of the area treated. We assume it's not cheap!
