If you're hankering after having abs or a pert bum like Lucy, you can forget faddy diets, because the former TOWIE star has worked incredibly hard to transform her whole lifestyle – and she's here to help us too!
Now, not only has Lucy recently completed a 146km bike ride for Channel 5's Tour De Celeb to show off her real fitness grit, but she successfully runs an online fitness business, 'Results With Lucy', and says it's inspiring other women that she gets a kick out of most.
Lucy exclusively tells Reveal: "Most of the undie pics are for my Boux Avenue campaign but I work hard on my body so it is nice to show it off sometimes. I often post pictures in gym tops and stuff and girls comment and say it's their motivation for the day – which is brilliant if I can help someone to train."
"That's my aim – I don't post my pics for men to gawp at, I post them to inspire other women," she claims.
"I have hundreds and thousands of girls following my fitness plan, so if I'm feeling like I can't be bothered, I look at their stories on Instagram and what workouts they've done, what they've eaten for breakfast etc," Lucy says.
"I think if they can do it, and they're getting off their bum, then so can I – they're my motivation, too."
So how exactly does Lucy get herself motivated to get her sweat on and work out?
"I always say to people, have a long term and a short term goal. I always say your long term should be your health. You have one body to live in and you need to look after it," she tells us.
"Your short term can be something like a holiday, a party or a wedding - something that will keep you motivated."
"For me, it's more about the way it makes me feel when I get back into it," she tells us. "It's something we all find hard after Christmas and summer holidays – it's not the weather for the gym!"
As for what she eats, Lucy tells us her daily diet looks a little like this...
Breakfast – I'll have a fried egg in coconut oil, with a homemade salsa of avocado, tomatoes, coriander, chilli and lime. Or I'll have an omelette and then a coffee with almond milk.
Lunch –Some kind of salmon salad, with olives and anything you chuck in salad, - maybe some kale and some quinoa to fill me up.
Snacks – Humus and carrot sticks or edamame beans.
Dinner – Cajun spiced chicken with sweet potato fries and stir-fry vegetables.
Evening – Herbal tea and popcorn. I'm addicted to popcorn!
