The former Hollyoaks actress and Celebrity Big Brother housemate, 23, - who is four-and-half months pregnant with a boy - looked radiant on the lunchtime panel show but admitted the pregnancy had "been a challenge; all sorts of things happen to your body that are out of control."
Talking about a frightening pregnancy scare she said: "I had a little scare on Sunday which threw me off track a bit. I was in bed in the middle of the night and woke up with really really bad pains to the point I was throwing up and I ended up going to hospital and I thought I was in early labour because I was having what I thought was contractions.
"I was on gas and air and everything - it was really weird, I didn't know what was going on!"
Fortunately, it was little more than a scare and there are thought to be no problems with the pregnancy: "Actually everything is fine, I don't know what it was," she added, saying that her baby had kicked properly for the first time after that, which gave her a much-needed boost.
Stephanie went on to admit that the pregnancy has led to her craving a bizarre combination of pickles, bacon and red cabbage dipped in gravy.
Stephanie announced her pregnancy in May, shortly after splitting from boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, who she had met in the CBB house in January.
Jeremy initially denied the baby was his, however he has now agreed to take a DNA test once he has been born.
