Fans have seen Marnie become completely smitten with Lewis, after falling for him while the pair had been together in the CBB house. After just ten days, we say Lewis admit that he was in love with Marnie, while she openly admitted she is worried about heading back on to Geordie Shore following their romance.
Renee, though, is urging Marnie not to quit...
Marnie had previously confessed to 'still having feelings' for her co-star Aaron Chalmers, and because of that reason, she was contemplating whether she could return to Geordie Shore.
Aubrey O'Day had asked her whether she could film for the show and not hook up with anyone, to which Marnie replied: "I don't even know if I'd want to put myself in that situation, because even though the way I feel about Lewis, there is an ex-boyfriend on there who I have always had feelings for and just being in that environment where I'm drunk, I don't know what I'm doing..."
Renee had then told Marnie not to give up her job until she was sure, and now reiterating that, she has given Marnie another pep talk when it comes to her future with Lewis.
In a new video shared by Big Brother, Renee warns Marnie "not to lose herself" in their relationship.
She tells her: "I just think you have so much potential Marnie. I hate that you sell yourself short. I've done so many things that you've done and it got me nowhere. I've always tried to be a little sexier, a little wilder. I'll listen to a guy and let him talk, talk, talk and never get a word in and then that talk turned into control.
"And then it was everything they wanted to do and I was never really being myself, I was never really allowing myself to grow in the relationship. I was allowing that person to take advantage and that person to manipulate me to the point where I no longer had a say so."
Renee continued: "It's important that you stay true to yourself. If you've got something on your mind and you want to talk or if you don't want to do something - like the day Lewis came in and you wanted to hang out and sit with the girls, and he was trying to get you up and you held your ground."
"Sometimes you have to take a break, don't lose yourself in a relationship," she advised. "You say you can't do your job because you're afraid it's going to f**k it up, I get that completely, but at least give the job a try.
"And then if it's not working and it's causing complications and the relationship is serious, then you can say you're going to leave the show. Don't leave, you don't know him from Adam yet."
Lewis, meanwhile, has ruled out the possibility of him joining Marnie on Geordie Shore. The cast have often brought their partners onto the show for a brief cameo, but Lewis has said he wouldn't do it.
"I wouldn't dream of going back on a show like that! I don't want to be on TV!" Lewis insisted, before claiming he was only on CBB so he could earn the money to buy his mum a house with.
He was recently evicted from the CBB house in a double eviction, alongside James Whale. On his exit, Lewis declared his love for Marnie and denied the pair were putting on a showmance.
Gushing about Marnie, he told host Emma Willis: "I'm gutted to leave her (Marnie). The best thing about this experience is meeting her. I feel like she's my best friend and I fancy her as well.
"I needed her to see the person I am and not the person everyone thinks I am. She loves me for who I am, and I love her. She's wicked."
Marnie, meanwhile, was devastated to see him go. She vented her frustration in the Diary Room and told Big Brother: "I'm angry Lewis isn't here, and I'm left with a bunch of people who shouldn't be here. I hate them all. I hate them."
CBB airs nightly on Channel 5 at 9pm.
