Lillie shocked Bear when she appeared during the latest shopping task to tell him he'd publicly "embarrassed and humiliated" her by dumping her on TV and hooking up with housemate Chloe Khan.
Like all of us, Megan found the whole scene totally emotional.
She tweeted after watching: "Catching up with CBB and wow, I'm choked. Legit just cried at tonight's ep… Lillie Gregg, you've got guts to do what you did tonight x."
Megan, who appeared in CBB's last series, actually has a bit of history with Bear herself, having met him on the third series of Ex On The Beach. They had a brief flirtation at the start of the show before Megan fell for Jordan Davies instead, whom she went on to become engaged to before splitting from him last year. She's now blissfully happy with TOWIE co-star Pete Wicks, exchanging 'I love yous' in the series 18 finale this week.
In this week's Reveal magazine, our columnist Megan shared her thoughts on Bear's divisive behaviour in the house which has really wound up some housemates.
She told us: "I lived with Bear in the Ex On The Beach house for a month and I didn't think he was that bad. When you get to know him he's a decent guy, but he is a typical game player. He's winding everyone up on purpose – he knows what he's doing and he loves it.
"Surely they can see he's just a performer? He doesn't give a f**k who he offends – but that's why he's such a good housemate. If he wasn't there, it would be a lot more boring."
Bear also met Lillie on EOTB, when they filmed the all-star series five together in Thailand earlier this year. They had been dating when he signed up for CBB but shortly after arriving in the house, he told everyone he didn't think Lillie was the one and he wanted to be single. He then hooked up with housemate Chloe instead.
However, after Lillie's shock arrival on Thursday night, Bear admitted he'd actually been thinking about her every day and let slip he'd wanted to marry her at one stage.
While Bear refused to talk to Lillie or respond to her heartfelt speech, he did tell Big Brother in the Diary Room: "In the long run, she would've got hurt a lot more. I had to break away from her, it's the hardest thing I had to do. I would've married her. I think about her every day but I can't be with her. It's not fair on her. I was adamant I wouldn't get with anyone else. I knew her for two and a half months, everything happens for a reason... Maybe it's her lucky escape from me. God knows what she's gone through."
CBB continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5 with a double eviction.
