Stephen Bear has been offering relationship advice ahead of the new series of Ex On The Beach.

Bear, who is currently starring in Celebrity Big Brother, filmed a clip before entering the CBB house in which he encouraged fans to ditch their exes on social media.

It's #UnfollowYourExDay!! Listen to @stevie_bear why you should unfollow yours..

The reality star recorded the footage for MTV's Unfollow Your Ex Day and, unsurprisingly given his behaviour in CBB, his now ex-girlfriend Lille Lexie Gregg has followed suit and ditched him online!

In the Instagram visual, Bear - who also dated Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison - says: "You should unfollow your ex on social media because you've been there before, it didn't work out, leave them in the past.

"If you keep going back to the past, it's never ever going to work out.

"Never say never, you could go for one last time if you're bored, but keep it there. Unfollow them really and block them."

On entering the CBB house, Bear kept his relationship with Lillie quiet, however he soon opened up - and owned up to his fellow contestants that she was not 'The One'.

But despite claiming he "doesn't have time for a girlfriend", Bear soon became embroiled in a romance with Chloe Khan and they were even forced to deny having sex in the toilet following some pretty heated scenes.

Lillie, meanwhile, has admitted she feels "humiliated" by Bear and his actions in the house. Speaking to OK!, she said: "The Bear I'm watching on the television is unrecognisable as my boyfriend. It never even entered my head that I couldn't trust him... his behaviour is cruel."

So Lillie has unfollowed Bear on social media, but will he be taking his own advice once he leaves the CBB house? Only time will tell!
