After meeting Charlie at an event earlier this year, Jess has found herself at the centre of rumours she and the Two And A Half Men star are romantically linked.
However, we caught up with Jess recently and she exclusively told Reveal that she and Charlie are friends and that's all there is to it.
We had been talking to Jess about dating and while she admitted things have been a bit too 'hectic' for her to start anything romantically, she did clear up that she and Charlie are not a thing.
After meeting the US actor, Jess had joined Charlie in London, with her mum Debbie, for the Jack The Ripper walk and after their outing Charlie had shared a photo of himself with Jess to Twitter.
Jess re-tweeted the snap, leading many to begin speculating whether Charlie had been wooing her and if any more dates had been planned.
However, that was not the case. Jess told us that things between herself and Charlie are purely platonic.
She said: "It was said that I was dating Charlie Sheen – but that was not correct. We're friends. He's a nice person."
Jess revealed that the pair have a common interest in psycho killer films and that is what led to the pair chatting. She recalled: "We got talking and he just invited me to Jack The Ripper the next day. My mum came along too, that was it.
"I can certainly promise you I wasn't doing the dirty with my mum in the other room!"
Charlie also appeared to dismiss such claims that he and Jess were dating, with him admitting at the time he would have loved for the rumours to have been true.
Jess revealed the pair have kept in contact since, adding: "We've stayed in contact as friends, hopefully I'll go over and chat about a reality show that he wants to put together, but that's the extent of it really."
As for Jess, she is currently single and told us she's been too busy to date anyone new since her last relationship broke up just before January last year.
"I haven't really been talking to anyone... I'm being boring," she said.
If someone was to sweep her off her feet, though, Jess knows exactly what she wants. "I just want someone who is normal," she told us. "Who can make me laugh. That's all I care about now."
And, with Jess being oh-so-close to her mum, they have to have Debbie's approval - although Jess did admit she and her mum don't have the best track record in spotting a keeper.
"My mum really likes everyone, until they do something - the same as me. I'm like, 'Oh great mum. Another one bites the dust.'" She joked.
