Fans of the show have seen Jon clash with several of his co-stars following his fallout with Kate Wright. Kate had claimed Jon tried to make a move on her, prompting Jon to accuse her of sleeping with his friend following her break up with Dan Edgar.
Kate denied this, but the pair continued to row, which led to Jon angrily calling Kate a slag. Not only did he lock horns with Kate, but Jon also found himself being confronted by Diags and Chloe Sims over his behaviour.
Now, Jon has reflected on the way he handled things with Kate and admits: "I've got to try and keep the lid on things a bit more. I've been a bit of an angry person for the week..."
Although Jon did try and defend his actions, adding in a new video shared to the TOWIE website: "People make out that being angry is the worst thing in the world, but I don't really think it is. I'm just an articulate, passionate angry person. When my back gets rubbed up the wrong way, I'll stand up for myself."
In last night's episode of the show, viewers saw Jon finally apologise to Kate for calling her a slag and telling everyone she had already moved on from Dan.
He told her: "100 per cent I'm sorry for calling you a slag. You're not a slag. I know that. I'm just gutted because in you I thought I had a really good friend. I'm sorry for being a d*ck, being angry, upsetting you and making you feel scared around me.
"That's not the way to treat a lady or go about things. The whole situation is a big mess and the way I've done things is not the way to do it. I know I'm in the wrong and I hold my hands up."
Kate replied: "I shouldn't have handled it in the way I did. You shouldn't have called me a slag and reacted in the way you did. I feel like we both handled it every wrong."
As for his friendship with Dan, though, Jon still isn't sure they can get things back on track.
Dan has previously said he was left hurt and confused over the Kate and Jon drama, as he didn't know who to believe. Speaking about Jon, after learning he had sent ex Kate suggestive voice notes, he said: "I told Jon straight that he has mugged me off. He's been all pally with me and then to find out that, it's a complete mug off."
Dan has suggested he is in no hurry to get their friendship back on track, and after clashing with Diags, Jon has now said: "They've got a little army against me now. It's Dan, Diags, Arg is living with Dan so it puts Arg in a position... everyone hates Jon. It is what it is. I'm a man and I'll take it on the chin."
Can the boys finally clear the air?
