Strictly is set to return to our screens oh-so-soon and Louise has added her name to the list of famous faces heading to the ballroom this time round, announcing her addition to the lineup on BBC Radio 2 earlier today (15 August).
She had joined Steve Wright on his afternoon show and finally revealed those Strictly rumours surrounding her are true!
She said: "I'm actually really nervous. I have to say I never thought I'd do it. I don't know how I'm here! Over the years the conversation has come up, and here I am! My husband is laughing at me."
We're sure she'll be just fine, you?
Speaking ahead of her Strictly debut, Louise said: "I'm looking forward to learning a new skill – ballroom and dancing with a partner is something I've never done before! I would love to get as far as I can to do everyone proud and stay in long enough so my kids don't think I'm rubbish!"
Louise also took to Twitter to share her Strictly news and shared a video of herself dancing with her dog Blu. She joked alongside the clip: "Hoping my dance partner is as good as Blu Redknapp… SO excited for @bbcstrictly x #strictly2016."
So far, the other celebrities confirmed for Strictly's new series are politician Ed Balls, Will Young, Laura Whitmore, BBC Breakfast's sports presenter Ore Oduba and former Xtra Factor host Melvin Odoom.
