Taking to Twitter yesterday (14 August), Lucy publicly congratulated her former flame and his Team GB teammate Max Whitlock for their hard efforts at Rio 2016.
Louis had finished second in the Men's pommel horse, bagging himself a silver medal, while Max took gold. Max had also won gold for his floor routine.
Lucy tweeted: "Amazing job @louissmith1989 & @maxwhitlock1... Hard work & dedication really does pay off!!! #Rio2016 #Olympics #gymnastics."

She and Louis had dated for just over a year, before he confirmed their split in February earlier this year. Reports had claimed their break up was because Louis hadn't wanted to settle down, but he denied that was the case.
He hit back: "Yes me and Lucy have broken up!! Yes I'm ok and I'm glad she's ok as well. And yes we definitely want different things. And no the reason isn't because I refused to settle down. It's very different."
Louis later claimed he had decided to end his romance with Lucy, before she got "too attached." He said: "I could have stayed with Lucy, but the longer I left it, the more attached she would feel and the more damage it would have done in the future. It was hard, but if it's not right, it's not right."
Lucy, meanwhile, admitted their break up was a shock. She opened up about Louis in a candid interview with Fabulous magazine back in March and said: "What makes it harder is that there wasn't a massive big thing that happened. There was no cheating, no big scandal. We were very happy and everything was going the way it should. It felt like 'it' to me."
Lucy and Louis initially met while both starring on BBC gymnastic show Tumble. They claim romance didn't blossom until the show wrapped up and first went public with relationship in January 2015.
