The couple are making a very special appearance in The Only Way Is Essex on Sunday night (14 August), enjoying a double date at the bowling alley with good friends Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet.
A sneak peek clip has been posted to the shows' official Twitter account showing Cara and Nathan in action… and already there are several good reasons we want them back on screen. (Based on a 30-second clip, we know!)
Look how happy Georgia and Tommy are to be out with their friends! Beaming! No agg here! And look how loved up Cara and Nathan are! We miss seeing that every night of the week on TV!
We already knew Cara and Nathan want to move in together and they reveal on TOWIE they've been house hunting in the same block as Georgia and Tommy's new home, which means they can play crazy hide and seek (Tommy's idea) and use a tin can as a phone. And, c'mon, if that living arrangement happens then they HAVE to become TOWIE regulars then, right?!
As soon as it emerged Nathan was good friends with Tommy and Georgia, the rumorus started swirling that he would appear on TOWIE. When he fell for Cara on Love Island and they won the show, it seemed inevitable we'd see them both pop up.
When we chatted to Cara and Nathan after their win, they told us they hadn't been asked about TOWIE just yet but would love to do it.
"[If the opportunity came up] of course we would give it a go. It's bettering your life, isn't it? Who wouldn't want to better their life? What a great way to do it," said Nathan.
Meanwhile, TOWIE star Danielle Armstrong told us at the time: "I reckon [Nathan] probably could because he is a proper Essex boy, he's got a link there being mates with Tommy and obviously, Jon [Clark] and Megan [McKenna] have come on from other shows. If he does, we'd all be happy. The more the merrier!"
TOWIE airs Sunday at 10pm on ITVBe.
