Lillie appeared to accuse Charlotte of using her ectopic pregnancy as a way 'to get back at Gary Beadle' and while she said she felt 'deeply sorry' for anyone who has had to go through what Charlotte has, she claimed in a recent interview with Daily Star that it was "cruel" of the former Geordie Shore star to have publicised it.
However, after receiving a backlash for her comments - including from Charlotte herself - Lillie has now said she made a "passing comment" that has been picked up.
She shared a message to Twitter on the matter, it read: "I just want to clarify... in regards to the press and comments I have received today. What I said... was that I personally would not have made that situation public, especially as it was done without the other person involved being made aware.
"For anyone that actually knows me, they will know I have not once reacted or commented when I have been countlessly slated for no reason. This was a passing comment that has been picked up - and I have not put a story out there about this. It's not something I want to speak or comment about."

Lillie's tweet comes after Charlotte had reacted to Lillie discussing her pregnancy heartbreak on Twitter.
She tweeted: "Not the best of days when a painful time in your life gets brought back up for some1 else's gain."

Charlotte revealed back in May that she had been hospitalised with internal bleeding, following an ectopic pregnancy. In an interview with Heat magazine she revealed she had to undergo urgent surgery after tearing a fallopian tube.
She said: "I was so scared that I wasn't going to be able to have babies. I want to have children... They reassured me that I'd still be able to have children, I'd just have to try a bit harder. I was crying on the phone [to Gary] and he was being so lovely… I was really in love with him."
Gary had been away filming for Ex On The Beach when Charlotte was hospitalised.
Reports then surfaced revealing Gary had slept with Jem Lucy on the show, prompting Charlotte to call it quits when it came to their relationship. She said: "All the times before I knew we'd come back together somehow, but this time I knew that was it."
Initially Gaz stayed silent on the pregnancy, but later chose to address it in his column for Daily Star. He accused Charlotte of going public with the pregnancy when they had agreed to keep it private and stressed that he had slept with someone on the first night of filming, before he had been made aware of Charlotte's hospitalisation.
The pair then fell out publicly on social media, with Charlotte announcing her decision to quit Geordie Shore. She told fans she wanted to distance herself from Gaz.
Following her pregnancy reveal, Charlotte said it had felt like a 'weight had been lifted' from her shoulders.
She explained: "If anything, I wanted everyone to know... I was more sick of everyone being, 'I feel so sorry for Gaz, try to talk and sort it out' because I was thinking that's the last thing I ever want to do for the rest of my life, ever talk to him again. I still have people tweeting, saying they want us to be together, and I want to finally put this to bed and for it all to be completely over."
Charlotte donated her interview fee to an ectopic pregnancy charity and said she had been "overwhelmed" with the support and well wishes from the public.
Gary, meanwhile, has recently opened up about Charlotte's ectopic pregnancy and admitted it 'still hasn't kicked in.'
