TOWIE's James 'Diags' Bennewith has been telling everyone how much he loves girlfriend Fran Parman and reminding us how much we miss her on the show!

Loved up Diags took to Instagram on Thursday (11 August) to declare his love for Fran, who left the ITVBe show last year.

"I probably don't do this enough & I ain't really a soppy guy but after 2 & a half years I still love this girl to pieces (sic)," said Diags.

Needless to say, his sweet message was met with plenty of happy comments from fans thrilled to see Friags still going strong.

We miss Fran on screen!

We've missed Fran since she left TOWIE in 2015 and now she prefers to live away from the spotlight, tweeting recently in response to a story: "I've tried to stay out of the press for a long time… leave me alone and stop writing about me."

Diags is still on the show.

The couple made their romance official on an episode of The Only Way Is Essex back in March 2014, where Diags was memorably dressed as a block of cheese!

Telling then-flatmate Fran he wanted their friendship to go further, Diags said: "You're the best thing that's come into my life so far. You don't understand how long I've been wanting to say something to you, how long I've been dying to say something to you and tell you how much I liked you. I couldn't. There was never a time where I could say anything."

Look how happy Diags was!

Fran replied that temporarily moving out of their flat had made her realise she felt exactly the same: "I have fallen for you. Absence makes the heart grow fonder and I've realised how much I like you."

A love story was born that, two and a half years later, is still going strong!

And, yes, they still have their cats! Fran shared a photo to Twitter earlier this week showing the newly-constructed and rather large cat tower in their home. "I said we needed a cat tower, nothing to big.. Why'd I leave you in charge @JamesBennewith #stillnotbuilt."

TOWIE continues Sunday 10pm on ITVBe.
