Celebrity Big Brother's latest evictee Saira Khan has described Stephen Bear as a "prankster".

In a surprise turnaround since leaving the house, Loose Women presenter Saira has insisted that Bear is a "good and kind man".

And as for his behaviour, she believes his new love interest Chloe Khan will have a positive effect on him.

Speaking to Emma Willis following her eviction tonight, Saira said: "Honestly, I've had a journey with him. He is a prankster, he's a young lad having fun and is on the trip of his life.

"He can take it too far and because he's a prankster, if you give him attention, he gets worse. [But] deep down, he is a good man and a kind man. I wouldn't be sitting here saying this if I didn't feel it."

She added: "He's got a good woman in there, I think you're going to see him calm down a bit now."

Earlier in the show, viewers saw Saira branding Lewis Bloor and Marnie Simpson a "showmance", however she was more diplomatic with Emma.

'"It's been 12 days, in 12 days I think you make a mate - you make a friend," she said. "They've got close very quickly, they're saying it's genuine, I've got to respect that."

Saira was definitely one of the more outspoken members of the CBB house and was never afraid to give her opinion.

But chatting to Emma about her personality, she said: "I am an opinionated person but it does come from a good place.

"[CBB] is all about strong personalities and I wanted to say, this is who I am - like me or not. I have an opinion and find it difficult when people don't. I think a lot of people are sitting on the fence."

Saira faced eviction alongside Bear, Lewis and Heavy D. She follows in the footsteps of Grant Bovey, who was the first housemate to be evicted last week.

CBB continues at 9pm on Channel 5.
