Olivia said: "Definitely block and delete your ex on all social media!"

Chloe added: "I don't think it's ok to follow an ex on social media. When it's done, you should cut all ties!"

The last time we saw Olivia on Ex On The Beach 4 she had broken up with long-time love James Moore and was having to watch him move on with Ashleigh Defty. Meanwhile, Chloe appeared on the first series of EOTB.

Now, they're both back for the all-star fifth series, which kicks off on 16 August at 10pm on MTV.

Bear wants to break free!

Bear, who is currently in the Celebrity Big Brother house, didn't really have a choice in whether to unfollow his ex or not, as he's been pretty vocal about the fact ex-girlfriend Vicky Pattison blocked him on social media.

The reality star, who met Vicky on EOTB 3, said last month: "With me and Vick... she is a nice girl actually, but it just didn't work out. We watched Ex On The Beach, and where I'm kissing all the birds before her, she got the hump. So every week we'd break up, and after the tenth week, I said, 'You know what babe, you've got to stop shouting at me.' And we broke up."

"We don't really speak anymore. I wish she would unblock me, though, on Whats App, so we can maybe talk things out."
